Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Only

We currently only ship within Australia. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Carriers

All orders are shipped through Australia Post. You have the option to select either Standard Delivery or Express Delivery at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Local Delivery: 1-3 business days
  • Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days
  • Express Delivery: 1-3 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location within Australia and any external factors such as weather conditions, holidays, or postal service delays.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched along with tracking details.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are paid separately and have flat rates based on the selected delivery type.

Free shipping will be offered on any orders above $200.

  • Local Delivery: $5
  • Standard Delivery: $10
  • Express Delivery: $20

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or additional charges due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor your parcel’s progress directly via Australia Post.

Refund Policy

At Kocakaya1945aus, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, due to our limited stock availability, we have established the following refund policy:

Eligibility for Refunds:

Refunds are available for knives received within 7 days of purchase.

Change of mind will not be  refunded  but store credit may be offered.

To be eligible for a refund, the knife must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Process for Refunds:

Customers must contact our customer service team at info@kocakayaknives.com to initiate a return.

Upon approval, you will receive instructions on how to return the knife.

Once the returned knife is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items:

Used knives.

Knives damaged through improper use or mishandling.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
